Dr. Tapati has been a hands-on AI builder, inventor, researcher, practitioner, for 25+ years. In late 2020, she partnered with senior SMEs ex-Gartner & Wipro, to establish the first-ever AI practice research organization AISWITCH.

Dr. Tapati started the AI-automation-ITSM advisory & research at Gartner in 2010, covering IPSoft, arago, MLOps & AIOps tech-stacks. For 7+ years, she created 200+ Gartner IPs and received many Gartner Business Awards. At Wipro, she filed 3 patents within a year and was selected for fellowship in the DMTS (Distinguished Member of Technical Staff). 2019 onwards, as Vice President at HFS, she led AI & IoT practices globally.

Dr.Tapati had been a DFID Scholar@Strathclyde, PhD in AI, and a Gold Medalist in Engineering. She published 10+ Research papers on AI, in IEEE & Springer journals. She started her career at Tata Motors. From 1997, as Project Engineer at GEC UK, she built industry-first expert systems.
